Please call our office to learn about walking, driving, and parking directions. We provide complimentary covered parking in the Town Pavilion Garage, so be sure to bring your parking ticket into the office with you for validation. Please let us know if you have any mobility issues and we will gladly work out special arrangements for you.

What to Expect
Please allow two hours for your initial visit to our office. During this time, one of our hygienists will collect records including x-rays, photographs, and periodontal readings. An oral cancer screening and teeth cleaning will be completed as well. Dr. Bruso will then conduct a comprehensive examination utilizing all of the information gathered by his team and discuss pertinent findings with you.
What to Bring
CLICK HERE to print your New Patient Health History Information form. CLICK HERE to print your Personal Information form. Please bring these forms with you to your first office visit. If you plan to use dental insurance, please bring your card with you also. In some instances, we may want to request records from other dental offices or you may forward those in advance of your initial appointment.

We work with many different insurance plans and are here to help. Please contact us with any questions and we can assist you throughout the process. We also accept all major credit cards and extended financing is available through CareCredit.
